This is a very simple piece; it only consists of about a dozen parts. I made it over the space of only about an hour. My favorite part is the streaks across the top. I think they look a lot like motion trails from passing ships.
This was entered in the 13th Annual Hinsdale Center for the Arts Invitational High School Art Exhibit and was awarded 3rd place in the 2 Dimensional Catagory (IE - anything flat that can be hung on a wall).
