This one was directly inspired by the dark shrine behind the waterfall in the hobgoblin villiage (From the game Gemstone III). The shrine is dedicated to the ingame deity Ronan, the god of dreams. From the first time I saw it, I though the descriptions of the rooms surrounding this shrine were absolutely beautiful. What can I say? I was inspired!
This was very doctored up in Photoshop. I made it a little more shadowy, plus adding to the candle flames. I also added the sparkles swirling up out of the font on the altar.
This is definitely one of my favorites.
